What are Game Points?

Game Points are rewards that you earn from playing one of our games. They contain no cash value, but they can be exchanged for a very small amount of crypto.

How do I earn Game Points?

Game Points are rewarded to users just for playing our game. Make sure you are registered and logged into your Funcade account in order to earn Game Points.
No purchase necessary, and no other actions are required. The more you play, the more Game Points you will earn!

I’m not earning any Game Points!?

You must create an account by tapping the “Get Started” button for your Game Points to be saved. You can email us at support@funcade.io if you’re still having trouble!

How do I redeem Game Points for cryptocurrency?

When you cash out your Game points, we will convert them to crypto and transfer them to you using Coinbase.com. You will be required to create a Coinbase.com account in order to receive your cryptocurrency.

To redeem your Game Points for cryptocurrency, once you have earned the minimum required Game Points (or more), you can cash out with the following steps:

Tap the Cash Out button on the home screen within the app.
Select which cryptocurrency you’d like to cash out to.
Enter the email address associated with your Coinbase account (if you do not have a Coinbase account, enter the email address you want to use with Coinbase.)

We process all legitimate cash outs request in 24-48 hours to your Coinbase account. You can log into coinbase.com or through the app, to view your cryptocurrency!

How many Game Points do I need to earn for a cash out?

Tap ‘Cash Out’ within the app to see the minimum requirement needed to cash out your Game Points.

Funcade Account

How do I create a Funcade account?

In order to earn Game Points, you must create an account. You can create an account by simply entering an email address and password:

Open the app and tap “GET STARTED”
Enter the email address you’d like to create a Funcade account with
Create a password
Tap “Register”

Please be sure to use the same Funcade account for all Funcade games!

Do I use one Funcade account for all Funcade games?

Yes, each game you play will earn Game Points to the same Funcade account.

Although we have different games, they are all connected by the Funcade platform. When you log in, the Game points displayed are your total Game points across all our games. This means that when you cash out from one app, you cash out all of the Game Points you have earned from all Funcade apps. Please be sure to use the same Funcade account for all Funcade games!

If you’ve accidentally created a duplicate account, please contact support@funcade.io so the team can assist you.

Can I have multiple Funcade accounts?

No. As mentioned in our Privacy and Terms, users are limited to one Funcade account per person. Users with multiple accounts will have their accounts deleted.

Where do I reset my Password?

You can reset your Funcade Games password using the following steps.

Open the app and tap “GET STARTED”
Tap on “Reset password” button
From there, check your email for a link to set your new password and follow the instructions!

How can I close my Funcade account?

If you would like to close your Bling account, please contact us at: support@funcade.io.

Crypto Wallets

I don’t have a Coinbase account, can you cash out to Paypal, a bank account, or credit card?

No, we cash out to Coinbase only. We do not support other crypto wallets, cash apps such as PayPal, or direct bank deposits at this time.

I Don’t have a Coinbase account?

When your first cash out is complete, you should receive an email from Coinbase with a link to set up your Coinbase account. Cash outs generally take 24-48 hours, so please be patient. Please check your inbox and spam folder for the email. If you still can’t find it, please email us at support@funcade.io.

How to do I create my Coinbase account?

If you don’t already have a Coinbase account, we’ll help you create one! Simply, tap the Cash Out button in the game and enter the email address you want to use with Coinbase. After your initial cash out, Coinbase will send you an email letting you know that the money has been deposited to your account. Click the link in the Coinbase email to complete the account setup process.

Where can I view my crypto transactions in Coinbase?

To see your cryptocurrency transactions, you’ll need to log into your Coinbase account. From there, follow the steps to access your crypto Wallet.

How do I transfer from Coinbase to my bank?

Once the cryptocurrency has arrived in your Coinbase account, you can keep it (since the value changes daily), exchange it for other cryptocurrencies, or withdraw it to your bank account (depending on your country). Please click here to view your country. https://www.coinbase.com/places

Coinbase doesn’t support my country. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we are only connected to Coinbase at the moment. What you can do is keep playing and earning Game Points, but don’t cash out. We hope to integrate other ways to cash out in the future! You can check if Coinbase supports your country here (www.coinbase.com/places)

Why can’t I cash out my Game Points?

There could be a few reasons why you are unable to cash out:

You haven’t met the cash out minimum: You must earn the minimum requirement of Game Points needed before you can cash out. Please tap ‘Cash Out’ within the app to see the minimum requirement needed. You can only cash out a maximum of one time per week, or once every 7 days.
You cashed out with in the last 7 days: After your initial cash out, you can cash out every 7 days due to Coinbase limitations. We know it seems like a long time, but if you play frequently, the big cash out will be worth it!
You get the error ‘This Coinbase email is already being used’: You most likely created a duplicate account. Our terms state that you can only associate your Coinbase account with one Funcade account. Please contact support@funcade.io so the team can assist you.

How often can I cash out?

Information in the app may be delayed by up to 24 hours. We process all valid cash outs in 24-48 hours to your Coinbase account. You can log into coinbase.com or through the app, to view your cryptocurrency!

Why is it such a small amount of crypto? (Can I earn 1 Bitcoin or Ethereum?)

We reward users with a small amount of crypto for playing our games, win or lose. The purpose of the game is to provide entertainment and allow users a risk-free way  to acquire cryptocurrency. We make it clear that users should not expect to get rich (in the near term) from this game (unless, of course, the price of cryptocurrency goes up a lot and they held onto the cryptocurrency).

When you cash out, your Game Points are redeemed for crypto. The conversion rate may change per user per day based on a number of factors, such as location and the price of cryptocurrency.
